The technician (Mason Jones) was on time, friendly, and checked out both our main house and Casita units. The A/C coolant systems were checked on both units and were within normal operating range. He also washed downed the compressor units which was appreciated. Since we have a service plan, the system checkup was no additional charge and he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I appreciated the friendly nature and he was done within an hour. Since there was a recent merger of companies, it appears that they handling their business very well. Unit was installed 4 weeks earlier and had stopped functioning all together. The tech that responded identified faulty wiring in the thermostat and repairs were accomplished quickly. The bio sent out by fetch a tech was in fact not the person who showed at the residence. It would seem that if the install crew had taken time to do the job properly this whole service call could have been avoided
