¹ If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).

² If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Maintenance has no monetary value. Limited to 1 maintenance per year. Tanked water flushes are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment.

³ Excludes: Area Drains and Roof Drains.

⁴ Fetch will top off your water softener tank with salt. Max. of 2 bags of salt per visit. Additional salt will not be provided. This service will be provided no more than once per month per household.

⁵ Fetch Rewards must stay current through date of service. Offer applies to system, ductwork, insulation, whole-home repipe, whole-home redrains, sewer replacement, tanked and tankless water heaters and whole-home water filtration systems purchased from Fetch-A-Tech.

⁶ Upon request, we guarantee 24-hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500. Standard service charges apply. Service on Sundays and major holidays excluded.

⁷ The original 1-year warranty on any Fetch-A-Tech repair(s) performed while a Fetch Rewards member will be extended to a period of 2 years from the date of repair as long as you remain an uninterrupted Fetch Rewards member.

⁸ You may transfer your Fetch Rewards to your new home if within our service area, or you may transfer your accrued credits to the new homeowner upon sale of your property. Call us for transfer details.

⁹ Active club members may gift up to two complimentary HVAC tune-ups per year. Valid within our service area; unused tune-ups do not roll over.

¹⁰ Thermostat and smoke detector battery replacement, performed during the (visit type), applies to standard replaceable batteries (9V, AA, AAA) only. Sealed-battery and hardwired-only detectors are excluded. Fetch-a-tech is not responsible for the ongoing performance, false alarms, or end-of-life expiration of smoke detector units. Battery replacement services are performed based on thermostat and smoke detector location, which will be determined at the time of the appointment.

These benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of these benefits is not refundable. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation.​
