Christmas morning we woke up to a leaking water heater. Fetch-a-Tech was out first thing the next morning and had us changed to a tankless water heater by the end of the day. Great visit from 2 if your people last night. Kudos to Bronco Koncar and Jorge Garcia for sharing their knowledge of the product they are offering. Much effort to try to save our almost 30 year old ac unit was also offered but to no avail. They were very patient with their presentation considering how many questions we asked. At this time, we are still processing and looking for avenues on how to “get this offer” asap 😉
