The technician (Mason Jones) was on time, friendly, and checked out both our main house and Casita units. The A/C coolant systems were checked on both units and were within normal operating range. He also washed downed the compressor units which was... appreciated. Since we have a service plan, the system checkup was no additional charge and he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I appreciated the friendly nature and he was done within an hour. Since there was a recent merger of companies, it appears that they handling their business very well. I would recommend ACLV Heating & Cooling.read more

Unit was installed 4 weeks earlier and had stopped functioning all together. The tech that responded identified faulty wiring in the thermostat and repairs were accomplished quickly. The bio sent out by fetch a tech was in fact not the person who... showed at the residence. It would seem that if the install crew had taken time to do the job properly this whole service call could have been avoidedread more

One ac unit wasn't working. Isaac located a leak in the attic, made the repair, recharged the system and its now fine. This unit is new, this was a warranty item, so no charge. Very happy with service.

The technician Mason was A++ so 5 stars. The office service was a 1 due to lack of follow up and follow through... was disappointed in this area.Update: Had a call with Henry Lo and between his rapid response and absolute follow through and your... field techs over all, I will continue to recommend and be a customer. Two years ago I purchased 2 AC units and heat exchanger. At the time, team was timely and professional. Noticed one of the units wasn’t blowing cool air. On May 3, 2022, Joseph Monturi was on time, professional, and efficient. He explained the process and communicated exactly what he would be doing. We had our annual furnace maintenance scheduled with Brent then decided to have system replaced, 25 years old. When Isaiah and 3 others came and installed system and new thermostat we were very pleased with the friendly and polite how everyone was... to us. Installation went seamlessly, a little longer than quoted time but I was very pleased with the results. ACLV purchased the company I had done business with for about the last 10 to 12 years and I was pleased with the transition. I want to make sure I name all employee involved. I got a referral from Kim and Lucy. I live in a condo and needed a check up on my furnace. They had a great service call for 49$ so I called and see a appointment for a Friday in the window of 12-3 .... Kim gave me a courtesy call to let me know Holden and Adrien where on there way . My coils needed to be cleaned bad and my duct as well. We negotiated a good price and they got to work. Everything went great both gentlemen are great explaining the work and very professional. Holden is a great guy extremely personal and knowledgeable he is definitely a great employee hope they hang on to him. I would definitely recommend this company. I got a great price in a new unit and plan on getting it done this year. Yes great service honest people and another big thank you to Kim she is awesome!!!!read more

The company is absolutely amazing especially the team captain, the lady who mans the telephone and keeps the customers advised ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. We have never dealt with a company who kept us continually advised as to when their service person... would be arriving and even arranged for a service person to call late at night on an emergency basis when out heating system went out during a cold spell, The lady deserves a promotion and a substantial raise.Next, lets discuss Justis. He is the best. He is the best in the furnace repair business. Despite the late hour he arrived carrying the ladderand was able to give us a temporary repair so that we had heat for the next few days until a more permanent repair could be arranged., After a few days he arrived again and made a permanent repair. FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!! Can't say enough good things about Chris White and his colleagues who were involved in my recent replacement of my 20 yr old unit that I've been keeping bandaided together since I bought my home in 2009. ... Chris was outstanding at thoroughly answering every one of my questions every step of the way. Because ACLV is a licensed contractor with Nevada Energy they were able to offer me a rebate deal that made a superior unit affordable for me! And there were some issues with a manufacturer warranty that had changed, but Chris found a way to get me a better warranty unit also! And all of this was done in 36 hours from quote to installation!!! Highly recommend ACLV even though I had been using a different company for 2x a year checks. I'm CONVERTED! Thank you ACLV!!!
