  • Appointment must be booked by August 31st 2025
  • Must be a homeowner in the Company’s service area
  • Residential only
  • Must have an AC unit at least 10 years old
  • Must be 18 years or older to qualify
  • One entry per household
  • Additional cost to upgrade ductwork or bring installation up to code
  • Grand Prize Winner must allow us to market and use photographs for marketing purposes
  • *AC unit must be running to redeem tune-up
