Technician arrived on time, was very thorough in explaining what he was doing, showing us what he saw, took pictures of what he saw, explained the pictures and shared them with us. He explained his tests when he shared their results. He took a lot of time with us to ensure his work was thorough and that all of our concerns and questions were answered to our satisfaction!
The technician (Mason Jones) was on time, friendly, and checked out both our main house and Casita units. The A/C coolant systems were checked on both units and were within normal operating range. He also washed downed the compressor units which was appreciated. Since we have a service plan, the system checkup was no additional charge and he didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. I appreciated the friendly nature and he was done within an hour. Since there was a recent merger of companies, it appears that they handling their business very well. I would recommend ACLV Heating & Cooling.

Unit was installed 4 weeks earlier and had stopped functioning all together. The tech that responded identified faulty wiring in the thermostat and repairs were accomplished quickly. The bio sent out by fetch a tech was in fact not the person who showed at the residence. It would seem that if the install crew had taken time to do the job properly this whole service call could have been avoided
One ac unit wasn’t working. Isaac located a leak in the attic, made the repair, recharged the system and its now fine. This unit is new, this was a warranty item, so no charge. Very happy with service.
The technician Mason was A++ so 5 stars. The office service was a 1 due to lack of follow up and follow through… was disappointed in this area.Update: Had a call with Henry Lo and between his rapid response and absolute follow through and your field techs over all, I will continue to recommend and be a customer. Two years ago I purchased 2 AC units and heat exchanger. At the time, team was timely and professional. Noticed one of the units wasn’t blowing cool air. On May 3, 2022, Joseph Monturi was on time, professional, and efficient. He explained the process and communicated exactly what he would be doing. We had our annual furnace maintenance scheduled with Brent then decided to have system replaced, 25 years old. When Isaiah and 3 others came and installed system and new thermostat we were very pleased with the friendly and polite how everyone was to us. They explained everything and we are very satisfied with the job. Cleaned up everything as if they weren’t even here. Will definitely recommend to others.

ACLV Technician Juan performed repair/ replacement of a broken water main line from the street to my home. The work was done in a reasonable period of time and to my satisfaction. Installation went seamlessly, a little longer than quoted time but I was very pleased with the results. I want to make sure I name all employee involved. I got a referral from Kim and Lucy. I live in a condo and needed a check up on my furnace. They had a great service call for 49$ so I called and see a appointment for a Friday in the window of 12-3 . Kim gave me a courtesy call to let me know Holden and Adrien where on there way . My coils needed to be cleaned bad and my duct as well. We negotiated a good price and they got to work. Everything went great both gentlemen are great explaining the work and very professional.
